• Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as ear-related products, used hearing aids, or opened consumables) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn hearing aids (unless faulty)
• Opened ear care products (e.g., sprays, drops, hygiene items)
• Custom-made or personalized hearing devices
• Services already completed (e.g., hearing tests, wax removal, consultations)

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We may request photos or further details
• A replacement, repair, or full refund will be offered depending on the issue

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

8. Appointments & Services Cancellation

• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
